Before contacting us, please take your time to read through our FAQs which may provide the answer to your questions. If you cannot find your answer and want to get in touch, you can email us on our Custom Requests page or send us a chat message.

Orders are generally processed within 7-14 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note the shipping time under the item description. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped; please check your SPAM. If you cannot find your email , contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been shipped or not.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged in any way, you will need to contact us immediately at tamararhodes@sekoriinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us with 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do, unless the order is returned undeliverable to us.

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you! 

If you would like to change your order then please contact us within 24 hours of confirmation. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been started.

If you order has taken longer than 14 business days for shipping then please contact us and we will look into it for you.

You will receive a confirmation of your order once it has been place. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If you still cannot locate it, please let us know so that it can be resent.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order has shipped. If you have not received it within the processing time necessary for your item, please let us know.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer various payment plans at checkout.
